Crafted from natural lacquer sourced in Asia and ultra-thin selected linen, each piece begins with a single sheet of fabric and a gram of lacquer. From sewing, shaping, drying, and polishing, to more than thirty hand-applied layers of lacquer, the entire process spans two months.
Every layer is precisely controlled to achieve strength without weight, resulting in a final piece that weighs under 20 grams.
It is water-resistant, acid-resistant, and heat-resistant, but please avoid placing it in the fridge, dishwasher, or microwave to prolong its life.
