Lacquer Paper is made by combining natural lacquer with handmade paper. The lacquer seeps into the fibres, strengthening them and enhancing their resilience. Its dense surface allows stable adhesion of pigments, making it ideal for layered or reworked applications. The material also offers excellent moisture and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term preservation. The surface is matte and warm to the touch, with a subtle tactile delicacy.
