Each piece is handmade and may feature natural variations—this uniqueness is part of its value.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected items at the listed price and under these terms.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation (custom items may take longer). Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unused and returned at your own shipping cost.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
