1. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after full payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom items may take longer, and we will notify you by email if so.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the UK, as well as to selected international locations, including the United States and parts of Europe. Delivery times typically range from 3-5 business days within the UK and 6–10 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Shipping Method
All parcels are sent via trusted couriers (e.g. Royal Mail or international services) with standard tracking included. If you require express delivery or extra insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the order. Free shipping is available for UK orders over £70, European orders over £200, and US orders over £300.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed items due to incorrect addresses. Any costs for resending a returned parcel must be covered by the buyer.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may incur customs or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional fees charged upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
