1. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after full payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom items may take longer, and we will notify you by email if so.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the UK and selected international locations. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us before placing an order to discuss possible delivery options.

3. Shipping Method

All parcels are sent via trusted couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, or international services) with standard tracking included. If you require express delivery or extra insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, size, and destination; UK orders over £100 qualify for free shipping.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed items due to incorrect addresses. Any costs for resending a returned parcel must be covered by the buyer.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may incur customs or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional fees charged upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

1. Return Request

If you wish to return a product, please email us at qiqiqiqi.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Only non-custom items are eligible for return

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Please wait for our confirmation before sending the item back

3. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty

  • Used or damaged items cannot be refunded

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
